TanzaniteOne Trading is a Richland Resources group subsidiary based in Arusha. It purchases rough Tanzanite from smaller miners, brokers and dealers and operates under the guidelines of the Tucson Tanzanite Protocols.

To ensure pricing stability and ethically sourced material, TanzaniteOne Trading pays a small premium.

TanzaniteOne Marketing is the group’s wholesale marketing and sales arm for rough Tanzanite. The subsidiary consolidates the available mined and traded rough Tanzanite and is able to add further value by applying a proprietary rough Tanzanite grading system. The rough stone is parcelled up specifically to suit the business needs of its eight Sightholders.

This is achieved through the “Preferred Supply Strategy”, a world first in the coloured gemstone industry. The aim is to grow the global market for Tanzanite via strategic collaborative relationships with exclusive distribution partners (known as Sightholders). Presently there are only eight of these high-status companies appointed. Each one is selected from the world's leading gemstone houses and jewellery manufacturers.

The Tanzanite Experience showcases the history of Tanzanite through a series of visual and audio exhibitions.
